In line with its strategy, the consulting and accounting firm Balanco continues to grow both organically and through acquisitions. At the end of January, Balanco signed an acquisition agreement with Tampere-based Tili-Minetti.
Tili-Minetti reported a turnover of nearly €1.3 million in 2025 and employs 15 finance and payroll experts. The entire staff will remain with the company, and entrepreneur Tero Minetti will become a shareholder in Balanco.
Balanco now has offices in Tampere, Vantaa, Lahti, Oulu, Kuopio, and Rovaniemi, as well as 12 locations across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Spain. With the acquisition, Balanco’s pro forma turnover will increase to approximately €18 million, and the number of employees to around 220.

Founded in 2016, Tili-Minetti has grown to a team of 15 experts and has a strong presence in the Tampere and Pirkanmaa region. CEO Tero Minetti says this is the perfect time to start a new phase in the company’s development.
“We have reached this point thanks to our dedicated and professional team, but we all have even greater ambitions. As an entrepreneur, I constantly think about how we can support our clients even better in financial management and, for example, help them expand into international markets,” says Minetti.

Antti Voittonen, Head of Balanco’s Acquisition Team and Strategy, says that each acquisition also involves planning for various growth and development opportunities. Balanco leverages expertise in software and AI, aiming to provide clients with better services and a stronger offering.
“For example, Tili-Minetti’s expertise in companies and organizations within sports and fitness is interesting, as we already have strong collaboration with major national and international sporting events in Finland. Industry-specific solutions and their software and tool solutions offer growth opportunities,” says Development Manager Voittonen.
“Similarly, our Stockholm office specializes in the restaurant sector, and our Rovaniemi office is well-acquainted with the tourism industry. Industry expertise helps us develop services that create added value for our clients,” he concludes.
